The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing international accounts, delivering tailor-made solutions and guiding rising companies towards actionable solutions for stimulating innovation, encouraging global expansion, and promoting long-term growth.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies typically in IT, Software, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Automotive industries
  • Create and implement sales strategies and written proposals
  • Work closely with operations to coordinate project execution
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Drive RFP/RFI processes through cold calling, networking etc.
  • Responsible for prospecting and building new accounts

Desired skills:

  • Experience selling complex and large technical solutions to multinational companies.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious and flexible.
  • Language skills a plus.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of prior experience in successful business development.
  • Strong English and Chinese language skills, must understand Chinese and Western cultures.
  • Expertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing, and multilingual publishing.
